We are GINGER JOY LIMITED. When you play our games, we will collect and use your personal data. On this page, you can find information on how we use your personal data, your rights over your personal data and who we might share it with. You can find more detail on these areas in our main privacy notice which you can read here.

Personal data is any information which relates to you specifically. This includes your name, gender, age, contact information, information about how you play our games and information about the mobile phone which you use to play our games.
Most information we hold about you is collected directly from you (for example, you may be asked to share information with us when playing our games or using our website). We also install software in our games, which is provided by other companies, that collects information about you and the mobile phone which you use to play our games.

We have listed our purposes for collecting your personal data below. We have to have a "legal basis" for each purpose. This is the reason why we can legally use your information.

If you are below 13 years old, you are not allowed to play our games. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you must get your parent's or guardian's permission to play our games.
Your parent or guardian can contact us if you are playing our games without their permission. If so, we will speak to them about any accounts which you use to play our games, and we will likely delete your accounts and all connected information.

You have lots of rights over your information, which can be used in certain circumstances. More detailed information on these rights is set out in our main privacy notice, but the main rights allow you to ask this:

We don't use computers to make important decisions about you by themselves. This is known as automated decision making.
If you are not happy about our use of your personal data, you can contact a "data protection regulator" which is an organisation that helps protect your personal information and privacy, and makes companies and organisations use everyone's personal information safely, properly and responsibly. The data protection regulator in the Republic of Cyprus is the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection. Depending on your country of residence, you may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.
We will generally only hold on to your personal data for as long as we need it for each of our "purposes". After that, we will delete it. Sometimes we will need to hold on to your personal data because the law says so.
Sometimes we might send your information to other countries to help run our games. We make sure it stays safe and use special contracts and words to protect it, just like in the Republic of Cyprus. This is called "Standard Contractual Clauses".
